Why is my account gone Lightspeed Survey Panel?

I have an account with the company Lightspeed Panel Survey (which allegedly paid to participate in surveys) and has accumulated a little money to do their investigations, I tried to retire today. He asked that money was sent to me by PayPal, but does not claim all of what they had won. When I tried to go see later, let me, and said that my e-mail not in your database. This is certainly the same email address that I am still, so why deleted my account? At this happened to Anyone else? Is this a scam out of paying me, or simply a technical problem? Any help much appreciated!

It seems to be down yet. The site is running fine yesterday, not today. I think (hope) is a technology "" time. I've never had something bad to get their share.
