How do I get help from a human being from Yahoo! My Yahoo Plus! rarely works?
I keep getting "error" messages and "unable to load" messages. I think "error 5" is the most common. I have done everything suggested to solve the problem. I have reported the problem. I have asked for a refund through a survey. No responses. I am ready to switch to gmail, but it is a pain and I would like Yahoo! to refund the money I paid to upgrade. Is there a customer service phone number?
