Hi! I personally prefer http://opinioncrate.tk. You CAN in fact fill out surveys, however as with most of these websites you will get a lot less offers/surveys to do then non USA members. However, the reason I recommend this website is because if you refer active US members through you, you will earn a percentage of what they make. If you can refer enough people, you will end up earning as much as any US member would anyway, which can range from $100 to $5,000. (USD.)
